I have worked with women in training and individual sessions since 1997. And although equal opportunities are legally defined, the grey area is still there. Upbringing, beliefs, education … many reasons lead to, that equality is not always there.
Through my own experiences as well as the experiences I made sessions with other women, an important part of my work focuses on empowering women.
Women’s empowerment aims to guide you through work – and personally related issues where, as a woman, you feel you have found yourself in an unequal position.
- Limiting beliefs, insecurities, ignorance, naive gullibility, … these are various themes that can be addressed.
- This includes own responsibilities in both working relationships and certainly partnership relationships.
- What is your own part that you can strengthen, so that the felt or even effective inequality becomes less?
- How should I act as a woman in conversations?
- What basic skills should I master as a woman to maintain a certain sought-after and healthy independence
Women in divorce situations
In particular, inequalities surface in divorce situations. This includes the following topics:
- How can you guard against unreasonable demands?
- What resources do you have to (mentally) keep your head above water?
- When do you ask for help and how do you do it?
Poverty among single parent mums is still a major dilemma. A change is needed here, so that both the woman and also the children, can have opportunities again. What role can we as women / single Parent ourselves take on, for ourselves and for our children?
Do you recognise yourself in any of the above?
